In 2014, the ABE exited Pakistan and the business was transferred to “Chem Coats (Private) Ltd”, a company controlled by Packages Group specializing in and producing construction chemicals. In 2021 Nimir Group has joined hands with Chem Coats Private Limited to transfer this business in Nimir Chemcoats Ltd (NCCL) with the aim to further diversify the product range and services. As such, the business being currently conducted by Chem Coats Pvt Ltd will be carried under the name of NCCLwith effect from 1st January 2021.
