Novacare is developing a world-class healthcare network across Pakistan, to enhance years of quality life within our families & communities and to create an unrivalled professional environment for generations of outstanding Pakistani healthcare providers. Novacare has started construction on a 250-bed state-of-the-art tertiary/quaternary care hospital in DHA Ph-V Islamabad in Phase 1 which will open in 2026, master planned to expand to 450 inpatient beds when fully developed. This hospital is affiliated with Imperial College Healthcare in the UK, and aims to become Pakistan's most advanced hospital. To complement this hospital, Novacare plans to open with two multi-specialty satellite clinics, one of which will be a day surgery center in other parts of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi metropolitan area. The total built-up area of all facilities developed will be in excess of 590,000 square feet -- Novacare, once fully staffed and ramped up, will employ over 1,600 team members, including ~170 consulting physicians, ~600 nurses, and ~300 allied health professionals. The total investment across the facilities is expected to be in excess of PKR 40 bn. Architectural Design awarded to HKS a top # 3 ranked global healthcare design firm headquartered in Dallas, USA (with 29 offices and 1,500+ professional staff).
