Xinjiang Lihua Textile Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Lihua (Group) Co., Ltd., established in 2004. It covers an area of 1,470 mu with a registered capital of 300 million RMB. Its main business is cotton yarn production and sales. The company's main product is cotton yarn, with a total designed capacity of 2 million spindles. Upon full implementation, the 2-million-spindle project will be capable of producing over 300,000 metric tons of medium-to-high-end pure cotton combed compact knot less yarn and high-quality pure cotton combed yarn annually, and 60,000 tons of open-end spun cotton yarn. It will provide over 8000 employment positions.
