Material Introduction
① UV coating-UV coating prevents excessive wear and provides excellent stain
resistance
② Abrasion resistant layer-Abrasion resistant layer is a transparent coating on
stone plastic floor. Which increases the scratch and stain resistance of the floor.
③ Vinyl Topcoat Decorative Film-A thin layer of vinyl will be attached to
each SPC floor. The layer is waterproof and contains the pattern, texture and
appearance of the floor.
④ SPC core-SPC core is made of combining limestone powder and stabilizer,
stanblein dimensiona and waterproof.
⑤ Additional underlay-choose by the customer. usually it is included,it can help
reduce sound and increase the softness of the floor.
Properties
① High hardness -SPC flooring uses natural marble powder to form a solid base
with high density and high fiber mesh structure. The surface is covered with a
super-strong polymer PVC abrasion resistant layer, which is sturdy and durable.
② Good elasticity-Good elasticity shows the impact of stone flooring, when
stepping on the stone floor, foot feeling will not be as hard, cold, but close to
the touch of cork flooring.
③ Eco friendly- The materials used in stone plastic flooring do not
contain any harmful substances and radioactive elements, and are free of
formaldehyde.
④ Non-slip, flame-retardant -Stone plastic floor has a special non-slip design,
and the base material is natural stone powder, which is not flammable.
⑤ Anti-noise and sound insulation The material of stone plastic flooring is
extremely easy to absorb sound. Stone plastic flooring can absorb about 20
decibels of sound!
⑥ waterproof and 100% termite-resistant performance greatly improves surface
durability.
