II. Main structure for paper making machine
1.Cylinder mold part:
Φ1800mm×3300mm×3900mm stainless-steel plate cylinder mold 1set. Φ600mm××3300mm×3900mm couch roll 1 set, coated by rubber,rubber hardness 38±2SR. Cylinder vat is made from stainless steel plate.
2.Dryer part:
Φ3000mm×3300mm×3900mm alloy dryer cylinder 1 set, with double-deck breath exhaust hood,Φ600mm×3300mm×3900mm touch roll 1 set, coated by rubber, rubber hardness 90±2SR。,pneumatic pressurizing device, with pneumatic scraper blade 2 sets.
3.Winding part:
Φ900mm×3300mm×3900mm cooling cylinder 1 set ,winding paper on cooling cylinder.
4.Paper converting section:
2880mm rewinding machine with perforating and embossing 1set,

Answer:12 months after formal operational
3.What is the delivery time if we make a order from you?
Answer:Usually,the delivery time for smaller machines is 30-45 days after receiving deposit,but for bigger
machines,it will be longer to make sure the equipment quality.
4.What is your payment terms?
Answer:(1). T/T(telegraphic transfer)30% as deposit,and 70%balance paid before shipment.
(2). 30%T/T + 70%L/C at sight. (3). 100%L/C at sight.
5.How is the quality of your equipment?
